Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapVector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description and Data Lifecycle

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Uploaded files are only accessible via their unique URLs and are not shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3. User Accounts

• You are strictly limited to one account per person. Creating multiple accounts will result in an immediate ban of all associated accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately at snapvector@outlook.de if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
• You may delete your account at any time via Account Settings. Deletion removes all associated data permanently.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host illegal, harmful, or prohibited material. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban:

• Adult content: Pornography, sexually explicit images, nudity, or any NSFW material.
• Violence and gore: Real-world depictions of extreme violence, death, or graphic injury.
• Illegal content: CSAM, malware, viruses, or any content that violates local or international laws.
• Harassment: Content intended to harass, threaten, or harm specific individuals.

Technical limits: 10 MB per image. 50 MB per video.

5. Moderation and Bans

We use IP hashing to enforce bans. If your IP hash is flagged due to policy violations, you will be unable to access the Service. Attempting to bypass an IP ban via VPNs, proxies, or new accounts will result in a permanent ban of all associated accounts and IPs.

6. Liability

SnapVector is not liable for any data loss, including files lost due to the scheduled deletion cycle, or for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• Your rights: You retain full ownership of files you upload. By uploading, you grant SnapVector a limited license to store and serve the file during its hosting period.
• Third-party rights: You must not upload content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• DMCA takedowns: We comply with the DMCA. Submit valid takedown requests to snapvector@outlook.de.

8. Changes and Enforcement

We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to delete your account, your files, or ban your access if we determine you have violated these Terms.
