1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SnapVector ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description & Data Lifecycle

The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime.

No Recoveries: Once an image is purged, it cannot be recovered.

Uploaded files are stored securely and are only accessible via unique URLs. We do not share your data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

3. User Accounts

You are strictly limited to one (1) account per person. Bypassing or ignoring this rule will lead to an immediate ban of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service or engage in prohibited activities.

You may delete your account at any time via the account settings. Deleting your account will remove all associated data from our servers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to host any illegal material. The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban:

• 18+ / Adult Content: Pornography, sexually explicit images, nudity, or any content deemed "Not Safe For Work" (NSFW) is not allowed.
• Violence & Gore: Real-world depictions of extreme violence, death, or gore.
• Illegal Content: CSAM, Malware, Viruses, or any content that violates local or international laws.

Technical Limits: Max 10 MB per image. Max 50 MB per video.

5. Moderation & Bans

We utilize IP Hashing to enforce bans. If your IP hash is banned due to uploading prohibited content (such as 18+ material), you will be unable to access the service.

Attempting to bypass an IP ban (e.g., via VPNs, proxies, or creating new accounts) will result in being completely and permanently IP banned from all SnapVector services.

6. Liability

SnapVector is not liable for any data loss, including the scheduled deletion of images, or any damages resulting from the use of the Service.

7. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Your Rights: You retain full ownership of the images you upload. By uploading, you grant SnapVector a limited license to store and display the file for the duration of its hosting period.

Copyright Infringement: You must not upload content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.

DMCA / Takedowns: We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Upon receipt of a valid takedown notice, we will remove the infringing material and may ban the uploader.

8. Changes and Enforcement

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service (TOS) and the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

We also reserve the right to immediately delete your account, your files, and/or ban your access if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these TOS, including but not limited to the content restrictions in Section 4.
